Django Unchained Review

So I literally just watched it there and I loved it so much I just had to start talking about it! It was such a compelling movie and a Tarantino masterpiece!  This is one badass movie! Through gunfights, and sheer gore it has you captivated from start to finish.

Okay so its set in the slave loving America around the late 1800’s the movie follows Django (Jamie Foxx) a slave whom is found by a bounty hunter disguised as a dentist named Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz) who hires him as his partner in bounty hunting. It follows thier journey of bounty hunting and even a trip to find Django’s wife whom he was separated from by a former owner.

One thing I really did love about it, was the acting. Jamie Foxx put on a stellar act and the same goes for Waltz. One actor that I think stood out on everyone’s mind was DiCaprio. He played the outstanding role of Calvin Candie who is the plantation owner and the owner of Django’s wife.I think DiCaprio showed his fine acting skills in this movie down to a tee. Even during one of the scenes he smashes his hand off a glass and he actually hurts himself and blood is pumping from his hand he still continues on and then goes on to rub the blood in another characters face!

Even though it seems like a very depressing story there are humor devices everywhere, even down to the way they speak.

Thats all I really have to say about it because I’m really speechless after it! All of you , you must go and see it! Its cinema gold.

Goodnight my lovelys :)
